Phase 1
Abuja Phase 1 is the most developed phase in FCT and is host to sought-after residential districts. Districts in Phase 1 include Asokoro, Central Area, Garki I & II, Guzape I & II, Maitama, and Wuse & Wuse II.
Phase 2
With 15+ districts, Abuja Phase 2 is well-developed with lovely neighborhoods and infrastructure. Some popular districts in Phase 2 include Apo, Gudu, Jabi, Jahi, Kado, Katampe, Utako, and Wuye.
Phase 3
With 17+ districts, Abuja Phase 3 is a little developed and mostly located further away from the city centre. Popular districts here include Galadimawa, Gwarinpa, Kabusa, Karmo, Life Camp, Lokogoma, and Pyakasa.
Phase 4
Phase 4 has not seen substantial development since the master plan of Abuja was created. Districts you’ll find here include Bude, Chafe, Gwagwa, Gwari, Idu, Jaite, Kagini, Ketti, Kpoto, Parfun, Sheretti and Tasha.
