    What is happening is that OPAY has refused to refund my money.
    I used Zenith bank’s ATM and got debited with being paid.
    I keep calling their customer care and wasting my airtime.
    I had to even go to Zenith bank who asked them to send an email to this and it would be resolved.
    Yo till now, these OPAY guys haven’t done anything.
